These are an area code followed by the number. The UK area codes begin 01- ALWAYS - For all areas outside London, and for London it is 02. All UK numbers begin +441, or +442. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE FOR LANDLINES.

The number like this: 0094470359861... is a UK number with the prefix "009". There are some countries who can not dial directly 0044.
